I am a new SRA Member
I just became an SRA member (#K-78). Self Representing Artists are an organisation that promote and educate the general public about the difference between mass produced glass and hancrafted artisan glass, and the benefits of buying from the artist. You are supporting handmade and ensured a quality product that is properly made and annealed when you buy from an SRA member. See http://www.self-representing-artist.com/

Sparkling New Blog Image
Yes, here is a taster of what my website will look like after its face lift. I have done a simpler version on my blog. Hope you like it :)
Thankyou to zigahelen http://zigahelen.etsy.com for designing my fabulous new banner with matching business card, avatar, reserved listing placement image, and stickers.
I have the lovely Patti (Get Glassy of http://getglassy.etsy.com) and her husband hosting and helping me build a brand new website that will be much easier to navigate. I can't wait!
I am working on some new sterling silver mounted handcut gemstone jewellery, all metalwork done by me just in time for my fresh new website. Se ya there soon.

Updating Dichroicdazzle.com
I am tweeking and re-organising my website. Please bear with me for a while. You can still buy my jewellery from Etsy and Artfire in the meantime.
My website is now in euro's and I am currently tweeking its layout so bear with me. If you are in the UK and want to pay in GBP or by cheque, please email me before purchasing I can still accept cheques in Great British Pounds. Sorry I cannot accept cheques or money order in any currencies other than the Euro or GBP Sterling. Don't worry though, you can pay via PayPal even if you don't have an account with them and you can use any major credit card.

Artfire a promising new venue for buying and selling handmade
Artfire is a fabulous new premier online marketplace for handmade products designed by artisans around the globe. It is free from listing and final value fees. You can list ten items completely for free or sign up to become a verified member for just $7 per month for life. This entitles you to list as many items as you want and has other perks go to Register on ArtFire.com for more details or to sign up for verified membership. Hurry only about 1300 $7 subscriptions left after that it goes up to $20 per month.
It is always free to buy handmade on Artfire and they have just set up a no sign up check out so buying couldn't be easier. No hassle and no commitment.
I am very excited about the future of Artfire which is still in beta mode. They already have more features than etsy and the whole project is run in a much more adult and organised way. They are listening to what buyers and sellers want and they are wasting no time making suggestions reality. I see this venue as being the first realistic competitor to eBay and etsy.
